Okay, we’ve discussed how powerful the subconscious mind can be, how it influences our waking conscious and how it take persistence and effort to change the beliefs that are stored there. We also found that we can’t simply use our waking conscious to make changes in the subconscious. We must use a different approach by relaxing the mind and using repetitive autosuggestion to get what we want through to our subconscious. When we do, the subconscious will start to influence our waking conscious to put our suggestions into action. Does that mean we can use this way to program people for evil? No of course not. There are other factors that counteract this false belief. The subconscious has a defense system that makes sure not just any old suggestion is implanted into it.
