Vishal Telang is a movement cum dance maker, educator, dance theorist, bon vivant, writer, poet and so much more. He has been in a relationship with dance for over 20 years. As a movement cum dance educator, he also emphasizes on teaching dance history, dance theory, anatomy and injury prevention. His belief that movement cum dance practice must be exciting and adventurous while being mindful and safe has led to him developing “Flosion” - A Body Conditioning Program. He is currently working on “V/8”, a movement formula that can be used in western contemporary movement and dance. This formula is designed as an approach to enhance western contemporary movement and dance by combining thoughts, experience and the 5 senses. This formula has been designed by combining the Indian Rasa-Bhava theory from Natyashastra and the western cognitive understanding of the body and mind. #naatyamandalam #movementandme #vishaltelang ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some Interesting Topics, Terms and Other Information Mentioned in the Video: Facebook Handle - https://www.facebook.com/vishaltelang Instagram Handle - https://www.instagram.com/iamvishaltelang/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Links to the Audio Podcasts: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2C9zprA6x3BqaoVrQCbsPR?si=NXPf_cMBQKWY5uGoxd76Dw Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/in/podcast/movement-and-me/id1538479889 Google Podcast: https://www.google.com/podcasts?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly9hbmNob3IuZm0vcy8zZTRkZTU3MC9wb2RjYXN0L3Jzcw== ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Social Media Links: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/naatyamanda...
