Things That Go Hoot in the Night

Roxy’s desperate to see the animal at the top of her night walk wish list – the owl she’s been hearing from her bedroom.   On a quest into the city with Ranger Rae, Bat, Fox and Mole, the crew meet lots of friends along the way.   Bat’s excited to see their cousins down by the canal. Fox comes face to face with Urban Fox on the hunt for a takeaway. And Mole simply wants to cover themselves in juicy worms.   But will Roxy finally be able to find out who’s been making all those hoots, before the sun comes up? Watching on Spotify? The Masked Stinger

The crew are up on Marsden Moor but all is not as it seems.   Ranger Rae, Roxy, Mole, Dragonfly are surrounded by the sneakiest creatures on the planet – animals who pretend to be other animals.   The world seems topsy turvy as hoverflies pretend to be wasps, butterflies are disguised as eyes and is that an actual hummingbird?  There’s only one thing for it with all these performers about… to form a new pop band - The Pollinators! Buzzing in the City

Bee’s getting all the attention and Wasp’s jealous.   Why do people love bees so much and not wasps anyway?   The two stripy enemies call the Wildlifers to sort out the argument once and for all.   Dragonfly can’t wait to be on this mini-beastly case, but no-one can understand their buzzing.  But luckily the Wildlifers’ new pal Luca’s invented an insect interpreter so the crew can understand Dragonfly for the first time.   Rae, Roxy, Dragonfly and Mole decide there’s only one way to sort out Wasp and Bee’s argument… a bake-off contest! In today's episode of Tillie's Time Tales, Tillie Amartey explores Hadrian's Wall in Northern England and the ancient civilisation that built it: the Romans! Who was this Hadrian character? Did the Romans really invent burgers?
