Thanks to the recent holiday and everything terrible happening at once at the Nil household, this episode's a little late to the party. We wanted it to be up sometime in the last 2 weeks but that couldn't happen for various technical and personal reasons. Anyways, it's here now and most of it is just as relevant as it would have been when we intended it to go up. Today we're talking about activism, again. This time though, we wanted to discuss it in less abstract terms as we basically all need to try to be activists in some capacity to make our presence known and to fight for our continued survival in the current political climate. The important thing to remember is that this is not the end. The odds are against us as our country and the cultural zeitgeist seeks to erase us even more than they already have, but discrimination and intolerance and basic human indecency can be fought on every level. We have an opportunity now to come together as a community and fight for something that we'll all be better for in the end.
