In this chaotic podcast, your favorite father-daughter podcasters discuss advertisements with disclaimers - whether they're for pharmaceuticals, gambling, or cars! Number One Dad & Daughter stray off course a little bit with discussions of obstacles to easy grocery shopping, vending machines, and Uber debacles. And of course, it wouldn't be an episode of the Number One Podcast podcast without a little mention of existential crisis! 

Number One Daughter discusses her experience working on a supermarket commercial. Number One Dad pitches an alternative plot involving grocery zombies. 

Number One Dad & Daughter respond to Kim Kardashian's controversial work comments. Number One Daughter reminisces about her favorite (little known) Kardashian business venture from over a decade ago. Then, Number One Daughter talks about a fascinating historical tidbit she found on TikTok and the fact-checking that she did after watching it. Then, NumberOneDad talks about divination in his family history and recounts some of his personal ghost encounters. NumberOneDaughter believes her apartment is haunted. We wrap up with a conversation about yetis, energy, death, and how little we truly know about the universe.

After a hiatus, we're back and we're discussing motivation (or the lack thereof)! NumberOneDaughter discusses her struggles with feeling motivated creatively, while NumberOneDad explains that his loss of motivation is related to his job. NumberOneDad shares his tips for excelling in the workplace without expending too much effort. We conclude the episode with a discussion of the past two books we've reviewed, and our thoughts on the infamous $125 glue. 

The theme of this episode is in the title! NumberOneDaughter discusses her internal conflict about watching true crime shows. NumberOneDad shares stories from his childhood, recounts some of his greatest pranks, and discusses the supernatural answering machine we used to have. 

Our first episode of 2021! We start the new year off by discussing our resolutions (or lack thereof). We delve into our thoughts on a themed calendar and expand on our analysis of Green Eggs & Ham. NumberOneDaughter shares her dismay about a Christmas donation that she made and NumberOneDad reveals a name change. 

In our special Christmas episode, we discuss the disturbing aspects of Rudolph, Charlie Brown, and Grandma Got Runover By A Reindeer. With the holidays quickly approaching, NumberOneDad and NumberOneDaughter debate the importance of gift giving. NumberOneDad reflects on Christmas when he was a child. This leads to a discussion about our respective toy plane crash incidents, tree toppers, and whether or not NumberOneDaughter ever believed in Santa.
