Winona State football coach Bergstrom: “It’s a blessing to be here”

Brian Bergstrom was hired as the new Winona State University football coach back in December of 2021.
He joined WKTY’s Grant Bilse thanks to Mulligan’s Pub — your Warriors headquarters.
The two discussed offensive coordinator, Isaac Fruechte, a Caledonia native and former Minnesota Gopher who was signed by Minnesota Vikings in 2016 and spent a stint on the Detroit Lions practice squad.
They also talked about Bergstrom’s brand of football and the blessing of coaching in the Winona community.
