Wir möchten aktuelle Diskurse thematisieren und möchten euch hören lassen, dass ein Wissen fern des eurozentrischen- eine andere Wissensvermittlung- möglich ist, nämlich ein migrantisch situiertes Wissen, welches hybrid ist. Über Zugehörigkeiten und Identitäten: Identitäten entstehen und transformieren sich in und durch Praktiken. Gemeinsam werden wir uns verändern und voneinander lernen. Über hybride Zukunftsentwürfe: Wir Shayma & Seba sprechen aus einer femme of color Perspektive, und möchten mit euch wachsen und uns verschiedenen Themen nähern. About Shayma & Seba: First Kurdish female music & art duo, founded in Vienna. Shayma & Seba are combining oriental music with techno, house, acid, hip hop and trap beats. Kurdish & Anatolian folk songs as well as beats are fused with contemporary sounds from all over the world. Their music is a path of inspiration for Oriental-Futurism. Collective identities are imaginations, but identities are fluid and in process. With their sounds Shayma & Seba are contributing their part from the position of people from Middle-East covering the musical vibes of aspirations and alienation for a utopian future.
