Theresa eats low carb, so she can't actually eat pasta, so this week we feed Kelsey three low-carb friendly pasta alternatives that Theresa and Angel frequently eat at home to see if maybe she likes it better than the real thing. We then spend a good chunk of the episode having a very heartfelt discussion about dieting, health, body image, and emotional eating that hopefully is cathartic for any of our listeners who've ever been there.
