The word ‘Tantra’ is very popular these days but can cover as many meanings as there are practitioners and teachers. I am expressing here my opinion, without judgements, conscious that diversity is a necessary and precious aspect of Life. Tantra is not specifically sexual, but the sexual aspect, that I prefer to name ‘Conscious sexuality’, is an important part as it offers the possibility to embrace the wisdom of this powerful energy, for healing old wounds and patterns, rising in consciousness, and awakening to our divine nature. In the first part you'll hear: -Generalities about Tantra.   The sexual energy.   Wounds and patterns.   Universal energy and its individual expression.   Difference between casual sex and conscious sexuality.   Acceptance of this fundamental power.

 This is a recorded online ‘Soul-reading’. I have seen many beautiful transformations during healing sessions, but in this case it was not a time for a big shift, but to help the person to heal her way to look at the issue itself. It was about ACCEPTANCE of the challenges as a chosen path for evolution and transformation. Also in this podcast an approach of metaphysical questions : the Soul’s journey, the pre-birth contract, the reasons of suffering and pain, and more... The healee was grateful that she could see herself and her life journey in a new way, more attuned to a higher vision and wisdom.
