“You wake up, grab your phone, grab a coffee, hurriedly throw yourself together for a work day meeting; and for the rest of the day you spend catching up on to-do lists, goals, and the next tv show. But your body is aching to come home to itself.” It's Mental Health Awareness Month and we are kicking it off by speaking with our favorite sex coach, Krystin Ross. Our bodies and the feelings we carry are directly linked to our minds and thus affect our overall mental health.
