#15 Someone Saved my Live in Chicago, For what its Worth

I think you will find this one of the better mixes. Not so much of the software games, pretty much a straight read with so neat trivia. I thought it was interesting how many people Carol King wrote for, or what Elton John's Someone Saved my live is about. Or what ACDC went through to get the bell sample for Hell's Bells? And some of the facts behind Chicago by CSN. Interesting stuff. Enjoy!~ Bread - Baby I'm a Want You AC/DC - Hells Bells Carol King - So Far Away CCR - Someday Never Comes Crosby Stills Nash - Chicago John Dever - Sunshine On My Shoulder Eagles - Take It To the Limit Elton John - Someone Saved My Life Buffalo Springfield - For What its worth

#12 Piano Man Treats Her Like a Horse with No Name

Little bit more of a mix this week. On the first broadcast, those that heard it, knew that I screwed up a couple of songs, so this is a new remix of that show. I did use the same effects though. Not sure I will stick with them, but it was interesting and the software has some potential. The mix speaks for itself. The Beatles - Come Together The Byrds - Turn Turn Turn Cornelius Brothers - Treat Her Like a Lady Fifth Dimension - Aquarius The Hollies - The Air That I Breathe Chicago - 25 or 6 to 4 America - Horse With no Name Doors - Riders on the Storm Billy Joel - Piano Man

#10 Brown Eyed Pretty Woman at a Garden Party

Curious mix this week. There are three fake bands offered up. Two of the bands had some of the same people! Plus, what is Brown Eyed Girl really about? What pop song was based on the song "The Dying Man"? What song could be a tribute to 3 different women? and some of the story behind Rick Nelson's Garden Party. (talk about caustic!) Good stuff this week, enjoy! #8 Dirty Deeds in a Mellow Yellow Brick House

I really enjoyed this mix. And before any of you jump me for Southern Cross, yes I know it was on a 1980 album, but the recording was done much earlier and the album was delayed because Crosby was not included due to low productivity and drug uses. The others proceeded without him and the record company would not release the album until Stills and Nash reinstated Crosby. Who knew!? Mellow Yellow - Donavan Sothern Cross - Crosby Still Nash Dirty Deeds - AC/DC I'm Burning for You - Blue Oyster Cult Turn the Page - Bob Seager Don't Look Back - Boston Have you Ever Seen the Rain - CCR Brick House - Commodores Mama Don't Dance - Dr. Hook Urgent - Foreigner

STAY WEIRD. Updated
