HEALTHY LIFE
You should have a healthy life if you want to be happy. There are a lot of things that you have to do to be healthy and others that you have to avoid.
On the one hand, we have to take into account some things that we have to do to be healthy. To start with, we have to sleep at least eight hours each day. Moreover, you have to do sport every day or, if you want, you can join the gym, which is a good way to practice sport and, as you have paid for it, it’s more difficult to leave it. Furthermore, you need to eat vegetables and fruit, at least five pieces per day and, to complete your diet, you have to drink at least two point five liters of water.
On the other hand, there are some things that you mustn’t do. Firstly, you have to avoid drugs, which include not to smoke and not to drink alcohol. Although it is difficult for a lot of people, because as they consume them since they are young, they are addicted to them. Besides, we shouldn’t drink soft drinks because they could make us have a stomachache and some of them are bad for your bones. Finally, the workers should be relaxed and avoid the stress which is bad for your health.
To conclude, my advice is that you should think if your lifestyle is healthy and, if it isn’t, you should change it!

THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE
The worst day of my life was when my great-grandfather died. All my family was very sad…
That day, my great-grandfather was well, but he had a stomachache. However, when the doctor checked him, he didn’t have any wrong. But when the doctor was about to leave, he stopped breathing, and the doctor couldn’t revive him. They told me that my great-grandfather had died two hours later. At night, I went to the funeral parlour. I tried hard not to cry. The next morning, we could enter and say goodbye to him. Everybody was crying and my cousin, whose grandfather had died a month before, came to console me. After that, we proceeded to bury him in the same niche of my great-grandmother, who had died some years before. My aunt had the idea and when we buried her, she wasn´t a skeleton, and that surprised us. We closed the grave, and we left the graveyard.
In conclusion, that was the worst day of my life because one of the most important person for me died, and in life only one thing is impossible: revive. I won´t never forget him and he will always be with me. He taught me a lot of things that I use every day and that are some of my principles. When we visited him at the residence we spent hours and hours talking with him but we never considered to visit him like an obligation but like an entertainment.

THE FILM I LAST SAW
In 2012 there were a lot of films. However, my favourite one is the Hunger Games, which was written by Suzanne Collins in 2008. It tells the story of two teens called Katniss Everdeen and her friend Peeta Mellark. They live in Panem, who is a district of the post apocalyptic America. In America, there is the Capitol, where the rich and posh people live. The Hunger Games are an annual event where kids between twelve and eighteen from each of the twelve districts surrounding the Capitol are selected to compete in a broadcast battle to the death.
The boys start in the same place and they run to catch some weapons to fight against the others and some run to the forest to hide from the rest because they don´t want to die. When some of the contestants die, a cannon shot sounds. Katniss makes a friend that is killed later by the others and she puts flowers on her body. Then she destroys the reserves of the enemies and after that, the person that organizes the game show says that two people of the same district can win. Everdeen finds her partner Peeta Mellark. Together they win, but the persons that organize the game show, who have lied, say that now only one can win. The partners decide to eat some poisonous berries. The organizers say: ‘Stop!’ and the two win. They will be ever remembered for that and they won’t be never hungry.
In conclusion, I like that film because it teaches that, although it seems impossible, you can always do something, and in this case although surviving seems impossible for Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, they achieve it. So, I’m looking forward to seeing the next film, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

THE BEST FIELD TRIP EVER
We have been to different field trips with the high school: Castala, Laujar, Paredes… We usually have one a year. The teachers organize them and if the school principal agrees it, the travel will be done. The teachers that organize the fields trips are usually Physical Education teachers. Besides, every year the I.E.S. Abdera pupils go on a trip to Castala where they do an orientation contest.
The best field trip we have ever done was the trip of Paredes. First of all, I want to say that Paredes is in Cazorla. There we did archery, bicycle races, and some workshops, kayaking, tennis, etc. Additionally, it was the best field trip because there we learned a little bit more about our classmates, during the three days that we stayed there. Also, we did some excursions to the field where we learned new things about the plants and the animals there. At night, also we did some orientation races with lanterns. We went there with Ovidio, the English’s teacher, and Alejo, the Social Science teacher. We liked these teachers a lot because they taught very well and we laughed a lot in their classes. The way there was very long and some people slept in the bus, but I was talking all the time. Even the teachers sang in the bus and people started to laugh. At night, people tried to go to other bedrooms but teachers stopped them. In the end, everybody went to one bedroom and the teachers too. After having dinner, breakfast and lunch, some people stayed in the dining room to clear a bit.
In conclusion, I would like to go to Paredes again if I could. Because we had a lot of fun. I will never forget that experience. It is the best trip I have ever done!
