This week we continued to talk about love, but in the light of Lent and Valentines Day being an invitation to love. We had a special guest called Sarah Jane and songs by artists such as Hillsong, Glee, Craig Phillips, Talking Heads, Bruno Mars. We hope you have a loving Feb 14!

As it was close to the feast of the presentation of Jesus, we were talking about the idea of consecrated life... What it means to be called to live your life in an exclusive way and only for God alone. We had any song requests from such different artists as Paul Kelly, Gurrumul, Cold Chisel, Pink Floyd, Bukas Palad and Verbum Dei Philippines. Enjoy!

This episode we focused upon St Paul due to it being close to the feast of his conversion (Jan 25). St Paul is the Patron Saint of Verbum Dei and therefore we asked people to share things about how St Paul helps us through his conversion, his missionary zeal and evangelizing life... and also which writings from St Paul in the Word of God mean the most to us. We had music from Matt Maher, Verbum Dei Australia and Philippines. Enjoy!

This was a special episode of tonight celebrating the 55th anniversary of the Missionary Fraternity of Verbum Dei. We asked people: What is your dream for Verbum Dei in the future? We heard music from Verbum Dei communities from Philippines, Australia, USA and Europe. Enjoy and God bless!

This was our last episode for 2017, and as we were in between Chrsitmas and New Year's we invited people to share about how they are living out these important dates. We heard from many young Spanish people from the parish of Our Lady of Las Americas as they shared about what Christmas meant to them.

This was our first live program from 2018, and we were lucky enough to be joined by Antonio from Lisbon, who was visiting us in Madrid before getting ready to go to Mexico to enter as a missionary in the Verbum Dei Missionary Fraternity. We asked people to answer the question: Where do young people to look for happiness today? We had answers come in from all over the world. We also had music from Pharrell Williams, Delirious and Jason Grey. Enjoy and be happy!

In this special Christmas episode of You-nite we welcomed one of our Portugese Verbum Dei Missionaries, Daniel Dos Santos, to be a live guest. Our theme was the following question: Why is Christmas a season of LOVE for you? We had people sharing from places such as Australia, USA, Philippines, Spain, Portugal, Colombia and Mexico. We also had a Christmas flavour to the music, with a classic from Boney M, but also some newer songs from Train and Kelly Clarkson. This episode is about joy. We asked our listeners to tell us how they bring joy to others. We heard sharings from Dante (Peru), Jefferson (Colombia), Samantha (Philippines), Andy (USA) among others. We also playe song requests: from artists such as Delirious, Santana etc

This is our 8th program of You-nite the Word and your life, and we were focusing on PEACE. We ask people to share about "How can you bring peace to world?" We had people sharing from such places as Spain, Philippines, USA, Australia and Cameroon (welcome Africa!!!). And we had so many song requests from so many different artists :) Enjoy and peace!!!

This was our 7th program of You-nite: the Word and your life. We focused on the theme of Hope, and had many people sharing their ideas about why hope is important for them and for the world. They came from different places such as Spain, the Philippines, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru etc. We also had many song requests for songs connected to this theme of hope. Enjoy!!!

This is our sixth program of You-nite: the Word and Your Life, and it was the last program focusing on the role of the Saints in our lives. We centred on the question of: How are you trying to be a Saint in your life? As our special guests we had: Ben Byrne, the Smiling Afro from Singapore who is living in London; and Snez Tanevska, a lay consecrated missionary from Sydney, Australia. This was our fifth program of You-nite and we were continuing with our theme about Saints (the same for all of November). The question we asked people to share about was: "Who is a modern-day Saint for you?". We had a special live guest of Gemma, a Verbum Dei missionary from Spain, and Sabrina, a 27 year-old from the Verbum community of Singapore. This is our fourth program, and like all of this month of November the theme of the programs is about the Saints. We asked everyone to share about their favourite Saints, and we had contributions from Cecilia Drumore (Australia) and Roberto Carvejal (Mexica/USA).
