Fly High, Beloved Savini
Episode in
Podcast: Satsang with Swaha
“Have you seen in nature?
When a tree falls in the forest, it nourishes everything around it.
It dies – and gives life at the same time.
The tree is not separate from the forest – it is part of it, One with the forest and with Life itself.
Even after its death, it is a sharing.
That is my only prayer:
Let my death be like that – a sharing.”
– Savini
Beloved Savini,
You left your body on the evening of April 15th, in your home in Hedalen. Just as the flower mala from your beloved Master touched your chest, you took your last breath – and a wave of energy flowed through the valley, lifting us high.
You left in the same way you lived: with presence, beauty, and devotion.
A Life of Love and Devotion
Your life was a journey of totality, of surrender, of deep love for your Master and the sangha. As death approached, you welcomed it like a friend. You prepared for it with grace – by sharing openly through your blog, by turning your home into a sanctuary, a love nest– with flowers, colours and laughter, and by shining all the way through to the very last moment.
“My life has been so full of beauty.
What more can I ask for?”
– Savini
“Savini’s death was not a normal death….. It was a celebration… she had already let go.”
Vasant Swaha in Satsang on May, 25th 2025
Farewell in flowers, singing and silence
The next evening, sangha friends came together at Dharma Mountain. Around the fire, we sang, we shared words, and we sat in silence with you. Gratitude filled the night sky.
Friends and family gathered in the Hedalen church to say goodbye, dressed in your favourite colours pink and purple, singing, and showering you with roses and tears. From there we went to Setra, your family’s place near Ganesh, where you enjoyed to be alone in the nature. The sun was shining, the river was laughing. We were many that felt you laughing and celebrating with us!
“Everything can go. Any moment.
Rather say: nothing can go, ever.
The vastness and beauty always is;
it is just covered.
We just don’t see it –
like the vastness of our Being,
the beauty of Who We Are.
It is always here, beyond the clouds.
There is a glowing feeling in my heart.
Like a golden nest.
I am.”
Savini
Thank you
Savini, your trust, your courage, your silence, and your loving heart touched so many people. In your living and in your dying, you inspired us. You showed us that death is not the end, but a doorway into what never dies. You gave us a glimpse of the Eternal, the Love that we are.
Thank you for all your gifts.
We carry you in our hearts. Fly high beloved friend!
JAI SAVINI!
Listen to this audio from Satsang May 25th – Savini’s letter to Swaha from her deathbed:
“It doesn’t feel natural for me to have my ashes in a churchyard. If someone wants a place to go, I rather suggest to plant a tree, or something like that. Different people can plant different trees. Don’t be attached to it, a tree can die – and we can plant a new one
Or you can simply meet me everywhere, in everything – in the wind. in the trees, in the nightsky, the river and the birdsong,
I will be around ”

The Gift of Life
Episode in
Podcast: Satsang with Swaha
Born again out of silence,
we take our first steps in this new world.
Everything is fresh and new, vibrant and alive.
We can look at things for the first time,
even if we have encountered them a thousand times before.
Osho says:
When you listen after meditation … you will see today that the sounds have become a great melody, because you have become deeper. You are not superficial. Your meditation has taken you beyond the body and beyond the mind, beyond the bones and beyond the marrow, and when you come out of meditation you are as fresh as a newly-born child.
A newborn child sees colors you cannot even imagine. What a tremendous world opens to him! He does not know anything. He cannot say what is green and what is yellow and what is red, but the way he sees them is far deeper and clearer than you can see. In fact, the more you become acquainted, the less you see, the less is your clarity. You become more dull.
Listen to the audio of the above quote
Thank you, beloved master, for polishing us so that we may shine.
For giving us the most precious gift.
The gift of life.

Silence
Episode in
Podcast: Satsang with Swaha
Silence surprises us.
Slowly sinking deeper,
an unknown world is found.
Without distractions from ourselves,
the diamond within is uncovered.
Watching the breath,
the pace slows,
and a peace is found.
“You are not the body,
you are not the mind,”
the master says.
And by his grace,
we are finding out for ourselves
that this is true.
Listen to Swaha talking about “You are not the mind, you are not the body”

Who are you?
Episode in
Podcast: Satsang with Swaha
If you trust totally,
Who are you?
If you accept everything as it is,
Who are you?
If you don’t know anything,
Who are you?
The Master is an invitation into the unknown.
He is already there.
You can join him.
Can you trust that?
Can you accept that?
Can you know it, without knowing?
Who are you?
