Dr Brian Pauling, the Godfather of Community Access Radio in New Zealand, and Helen Reynolds, the Godmother of Fresh FM (?! Sorry, Helen!) join Lucy on #accessallears today, the penultimate show before the end of the campaign!  Agh!  Dr Pauling discusses the early days of access radio and his book on the history of access radio which will be released sometime in 2017.  Helen, Fresh FM's manager, talks about the station's awesome locations and vibe and their high-energy and high-new-programme-yielding Big Listen Campaign!

In this week's episode of #accessallears Lucy chats with Darren Ludlow, manager of our southernmost community access radio station, Radio Southland.  Also, we bring you news about Arrow FM's colossal Quiz Night in Masterton on the 19th August and airing of award-winning radio play, Kapija, on the 27th.
