This week on the podcast Walo's brother Angel joined the crew as a special guest, they discussed child support, cubicle life, jobs they hated and Art discussed his resume, they also touched on Cejudo vs Dillashaw, Cowboy vs Hernadez and Jon Jones popping on his VADA drug test 

This week on the podcast we had special guest from Gracie Barra, professor Roberto Cuartero, we discussed bullies, the Ralph Gracie and Flavio Almeida incident and several other things 

We are back with a brand new episode this week after having catastrophic failure last week, this weeks episode was all over the place, we talked a little UFC, drone footage by our friend Jeremy Sturgeon aka The Drone Hustler, Art chokes on his own saliva and there's the question of what would you do for a billion dollars

We are back in The Locker Room with a brand new episode, this week we discussed Chuck vs Tito, Art confesses to stealing bikes as a kid, no worries statues of limitations have ran out, producer Chris explains to Art what gentrification means, and we also discussed briefly the Tyson Fury and Deontae Wilder fight, as well as the upcoming UFC fights coming up in December and January

This week we talked about the caravan of immigrants heading to US, we discovered that Red Sonja aka Strawberry shortcake is sympathy puker, we touched on tonight's UFC 230 card and made our predictions, sorta

This week we touched on why you shouldn't talk shit on social media, Ben Askren to the UFC, and other foolishness 

Back in the Locker Room with a new episode, Art comes back from his hiatus and we discussed Fallon Fox, kanye visits Donnie T, the first man to have a hooker pay him back  

This week we discussed the madness after the Conor McGregor vs Khabib Nurmagamedov fight, we touched on Tony "El Cucuy" Ferguson vs Anthony Pettis, a possible fight in the future between "El Cucuy" vs Khabib to unify belts, as lets face it Tony never lost that interim title, we discussed the funniest thing on the card, Derrick Lewis' post fight interview, we also gave a shout to the women that were on the card The Karate hottie Michelle Waterson and Felice Herrig who had a great fight  

This week in The Locker Room we had Jacob "The Caveman" Brunelle, we talked about his stun riding days, and how an epsiode of "a day in the life of" series on MTV made him and his crew household names in the stun riding community.  We also talked about how he got into Bull riding, MMA fighting, his skydiving adventures in Puerto Rico.  But we also discussed a serious topic, cancer.  His best friend's son Kristian recently passed away of cancer and he wants to raise awarness for cancer.  Jacob is dedicating his upcoming fight to Kristian and any other fight he may do, will be also in his honor.  The fight promotion Combat Night has agreed to donate all tickets purchased under "Team Kristian" to help fight cancer, and Jacob is also donating his fight purse.  If you are going to the fights on November 10, Combat Night Pro Duval 9, purchase the tickets under Team Kristian, you will be helping a great cause.  We do have a link on our website LRTLK.com that takes you the ticket webiste.  Guys thank you for all your support and downloading all our episodes and thank you for supportting Jacob and Team Kristian.
