Notes from today's epsiode:
Four Characteristics of Wise Leaders from Proverbs 30:
1. Wise Leaders Plan Ahead
Questions for leaders to process and evaluate:
How much time do you spend planning?
How much time do you spend executing the plan?
How much time do you spend responding to things that come up when executing the plan?
"Planning may not take the most time, but it should take the most priority!"
2. Wise Leaders Think Strategically
We as leaders MUST know what their mission is; because mission leads to strategy which is what will ultimately fulfill the mission.
If you are doing anything in your organization that is not aimed at accomplishing the mission, you are not thinking strategically
