When the Spirit of God gave life to the church 2000 years ago, the church was filled and empowered in order to fully be the Body of Christ through which Jesus continues his ministry. The invitation and the challenge for us is to be filled and empowered by the same Spirit in order to continue being the vessel through whom Jesus continues his powerful ministry today.
