On this episode we bring in a friend, an amazing server, and someone who understands wine like no other.  Glenn Callacott is our awesome guest today and we will be trying out 3 white wines, 3 red wines and talk about the grapes, their region's, and how they taste.  Our goal is to take the pretentiousness out of the whole wine industry so that anyone can sit down and appreciate a delicious glass of wine.  Sit back, relax and enjoy .... with a glass of wine of course !!

                      In this episode, we discuss how servers, bartenders, hosts, etc earn their tips and how they are distributed.  How much should people tip ?   Who does the tip go to ?  What's the difference between 10% server's, and 20% server's.  Where did the first tip come from and why we think it's a good idea to have tips in our industry.  Sit back and enjoy

                       In this episode we discuss the correlation between Guests that are specifically looking for deals, discounts, and sales and the restaurants that offer them.  To some people, the only thing they are looking for is price $$$.  They want more for less and they don't necessarily care about the quality, care, and passion that the restauranteurs are offering.  The idea that if you discount your product, more people will come : is probably true.  Don't be surprised by the TYPE of people that you'll attract.  Sit back and enjoy
