welcome to season 4! we are kicking off episode one with my annual year end reflection, coupled with a trip down memory lane of my thirties.

for the last sunday of pride month + the season finale it was only right that i ended with a story i've never told before, my coming out story. i chose to share a story that is different from most, but still felt it was worth telling. happy pride, folx!

this episode almost didn't happen because life be lifing, but something that i committed to this year is discipline. i wanted to be more intentional and disciplined about showing up for myself and you all on this pod in spite of the hard days, so here we are. today's episode we're gonna talk about taking up space, what that looks like and why you need to do it. it's a mini episode, but i hope you get what you need from it.
