Something from Sam

"You just need to grow through what you go through.” This phrase inspired me to talk about going through struggles, and I wanted to remind all of us of the things we need to hear when it comes to overcoming our battles. If you are that person who needs a little uplifting, I hope this episode brings you the much needed encouragement and enlightenment. Hang in there, brave soul. You got this!

This is a very spontaneous, spur-of-the-moment, impromptu episode. Bare with my rambling moments. Let's talk about our tendency to dwell on negative experiences and emotions versus choosing happiness. Did you know that there is a scientific explanation on why we have this predisposition? Well, yea. There is. But let's also talk about how we can overcome that tendency... because I believe we could all use a little happiness. 

I lost some senses. Yep, you read that right. This is the one where I was pretty shaken up by the fact that I have anosmia and ageusia. 

It's been like hell for me the past week. But here I am, dropping some realizations and some thoughts that hopefully bring some wisdom to anyone who plans to listen to this episode. 

This is probably the most honest and real I've ever been in all the episodes, so bare with me. A bit of mental health, spiritual journey, going through life in general, and how to live life to the full... that's pretty much what I talk about here. P.S. shoutout to all the noises here and there. Talk about unfiltered, haha!

It's been such a looooong while! And with the amount of time I've been gone, I have gone through some changes.
