Finding Your HIP HOP Frequency

Hosts Jeff Spenard and Ryan Treasure talk with guest Rod Will discuss the process of creating your own music and what it takes to go big. Going big within the music industry is not an easy road to follow and Rod Will has been traveling since the young age of 12. In order to find your way into the music industry the most important thing to have is a voice. With a good voice, the rest will follow. When it comes to creating your own music, it is a very time-consuming project. Artists must think about what will attract people and how to keep them actively listening. Many artists will freestyle or create the lyrics to their own music. When it comes to creating the lyrics, many artists will pull from within. This means that they will usually take past experiences that they know an audience will be able to relate to and put them into words that will flow well together. Many people today struggle with making it big within the music industry because they do not have the patience or time to put into their creations. Join Host Ryan Treasure and guest Rod Will to hear their thoughts on the topic and how Rod is succeeding within his own music career.
