These three elements I believe should be part of everyone's time with God. Now there isn't an exact formula...but just like posture, pace, and breathing are key elements to running these are key elements to time well spent with the Lord. Commitment and prioritization get us to the time with God but what should we do when we are there? Worship- Adoration, surrender, praise-fully declaring God Lord of your life Conversation- Prayer- talking to God just like you would with a deep friendship or marriage. Real conversation.
