We often need words to introduce an idea or to change directions in our thoughts, whether when writing or speaking. Jill and Steve talk about these words.

Jill and Steve are talking about commonly used expressions which use words like "how". They also cover "long time no see" and getting a "fresh start". This is for beginners and lower intermediate learners but may be of interesting to others.
