When everyone else is afraid and the world around you has devolved into chaos it is imperative that you develop the psychological tools to mentally gain the advantage during a time your life may literally depend on it.  Andrew and Lara reveal their secrets to harnessing their emotions and transforming from the victim to the hero.

What are the essential items you must have on hand in the event you need emergency care for yourself or a member of your family?  Andrew and Lara reveal the contents of their first aid kit and explain the benefits having a supply of each item during a time when perhaps there will be no other option.

How can you be prepared with a limited amount of money?  Andrew and Lara talk about finding ways to maximize your supplies on as little as $5 a month in a way that can keep you from going financially overboard but help you feel better about being prepared.

Andrew and Lara discuss options for staying warm and even generating heat when it's cold outside but there is no power.  Hand warmers, blankets, candles, the fire place, generators, and the windows on your house... everything and anything can be used to keep warm.

Forced to rest due to a minor back injury during what was supposed to be joyous time with family throughout the Christmas break, Andrew spent three frustrating days lying down and feeling isolated.  Yet because of that time of solitude, a subtle but clear understanding was discerned that called for an urgent update to the message to be prepared.
