Suck It And Spin: The Podcast

Another bleak month in lockdown, so we hope to brighten and break up the day a little with some cutting edge new music, shoddy banter and a few facts about Mark E Smith, a.k.a. The Fall, F being this month's letter of the month. Also, the latest tracks from Mur-man, Octopus and Do Nothing, an old favourite from Iggy Pop and we look at a few live stream highlights from the last fortnight. As COVID-19 grips our nation, and it’s worldwide effects are fed direct to our living rooms, the message is clear. Doom, gloom & social isolation. The pubs have shut, the gigs have stopped, the tables in bars are no longer being danced on…  NO MORE WE SAY! Ten days into 2020 (and ten days sober!) we take a look back on our favourite artists, gigs, festivals, songs and releases of 2019... and our tips on who to look out for this year.  Featuring music from the likes of 'Working Mens Club', 'HMLTD' (formerly Happy Meals), The Reytons and Sports Team, our favourite Festivals from Confessional to All Points East - somehow via Gods of Rap - gig and album highlights of the year, plus our letter of the month is 'C' for the 'Clash', and ShiTunes brings an unexpected artist to the Suck It & Spin airways.
