Sunny and G are lucky enough to be joined by the host of Star Citizen AA, the one and only Nikki D'Angelo. 

We're back.  It's been a long summer, but I think it's fair to say that we've missed this show just as much as you have.  Well, I hope that's fair to say.  G and I discuss Arena Commander with my new computer (R2) and the amazing sound in gaming today. 

Bridger and Gray join us from Tales of Citizens as they explain what Sunny's missing out on with the Dogfighting Module.

We were fortunate enough to be joined by Assistant Community Manager James Pugh.  Did you know he was class president?  Hmmm?   Something to think about, all you 11-year-old student council prospects. 

So what exactly did we see at PAX?  With the live stream dog fighting module, we were certainly fighting... something, right?  Well, that was enough for Gaerrar and I.  Despite technical issues, total networking failures, ridiculous fish-related inquiries and all the other difficulties, what we did see in-between the struggles was this: this thing looks pretty awesome.

Tonight we are joined by Ben Lesnick, Lead Community Manager for Cloud Imperium Games.  Oh, and G saves 30 people's lives singlehandedly from a fiery death.  Both are equally cool.

It's the HARDCORE SHOW.   RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHH. We basically try to get into details.  It gets scary.

We're back.  After what seems like FOREVER, the holidays are over.  Sunny is no longer sick.  G is... well... G is G and we wouldn't want him any other way.  We're ready to go. Does SC need momentum?  Does it have momentum?  Does anyone still listen to this show or do they think we're dead?  Find out.

Not everything you get in a pre-order or collectors edition is .... well....  good?  Sometimes its outright garbage.  So with Star Citizen ending their Lifetime Insurance bonus for future packages we ask ourselves, "ok.  sooooo.... is that big?  Because I'm not sure if that's big.  Is this big?"   Something along those lines.  I suppose I could have been more succinct.

NPC's.  Can't live with 'em,  Can't operate a Pleasure Planet without 'em....    I think that's how it goes.  G and I bust out some serious conversation about how NPC's are going to be flying with us, how they should fight and whether they should be smarter than your average brick.  All that, and your doggie bag responses on realism. 

That, my friends, is a space toilet.  Why am I showing you a space toilet?  Because that, my friends, could be a part of your gaming future if I'm elected Space President.  All that, and doggie bag responses on Hype!

Welcome to a new Sunny's Diner: This show with MORE GAERRAR!  Yes, our good friend G has replaced our other good friend Zach Brown who is doing his best to keep up with an infant.  An impossible task you ask?  Yes.  It is.  This show we talk hype and hype and finish it off with some hype!  How much is too much?  How not enough is too not enough?  what?

Gaerrar, host of The Frontier stopped by to relieve Zach while he's on full time baby recovery.  We went right after the heart of the dragon and hit the most dangerous of all topics: Pay to Win.  I mean, seriously, is there a more flamable topic than whether a game is Pay to Win?  Hear our thoughts and last weeks doggie bag responses too.  BONUS: We're bringing back the VIP Program!  Win limited fame! 

Zach, you did it.  You just, for the greater good of the species, destroyed all your free time.  Don't worry, I did it a few years ago too.  People do it all the time.  Some people definitely should NOT do it.  I'm looking at you, Kardashians. Congrats Alastair.  Welcome to the wide world of 2013.  On the year that you were born, the following things happened: 1: A meteor scared the crap out of a bunch of Russians 2: Ray Lewis won another SuperBowl, retired, and officially put that whole "I murdered a guy" thing behind him. 3: Miley Cyrus (daughter of a mullet) did something called "twerking" and enraged Hannah Montana fans everywhere. (spoiler; they're the same person) 4: Someone blew up the Boston Marathon and thought they could hide out in a boat in a guy's driveway.  Boats need water, jerk. 5: Alex Rodriguez made the newspapers every single day, despite playing literally zero baseball. Ehhhhhh..... ok, so it hasn't been a great year so far.  I think things are looking up though, starting with you.

Ok.  It's been a long week for Zach and I, and frankly we're both windbags so it took a little bit to get this show going.  But once it did, you can expect a good one.  We break down why Star Citizen shouldn't use the word instance to describe their unique game mechanics.  And I played BSG.  Happy?
