It is Friday the thirteenth and that means we have a new Friday to cover. This time we are diving into The New Blood. A movie where Jason battles a final girl that is definitely not Carrie. We cover the history of the seventh Friday and people who made it possible .

It's the holiday season and our tradition continues. This year our Christmas movie was picked by Austin. We cover the history of the killer snowman movie with the iconic VHS box art and the people who made it. Find out how close this was to being a very different film!

This time we are talking about one of, if not the greatest horror movie of all time!  We talk the history of the film from concept to the fallout after the film was released. The story of how this movie came to exist is as wild as the film itself. The making of this film took a toll on everyone involved. Some went on to have huge careers, others faded into obscurity. Along the way they suffered on screen and off to create a legendary film that is a right of passage.  Disclaimer: there is a slight audio issue with one of the mics. This was not noticable until we were editing and was not able to be fully fixed. It shouldn't effect your ability to enjoy the episode but if you notice something sounds off occasionally you're not imagining things and it's not your playback method.

We are talking the 5th Friday the 13th "A New Beginning".    This one is pretty polarizing. People either love it or hate it. We dig into the dark and surprising history of this 80's slasher classic.

We are rounding out the summer camp series with The Burning. The guest for this episode is Austin from the podcast If You Catch My Grift. We break down the history of the movie and how it launched the careers of some of the most successful and questionable people in the entertainment industry. 

It's Friday the 13th and this time we are talking about a movie that is the favorite of the series for many people, Part 6 Jason Lives. The guest is as always for Friday the 13th shows in Matt Westhead. We dive into the history of this movie and how it changed not only the Friday the 13th franchise but horror in general.

We try to make sense of the story and figure out if it is problematic or just a little misguided.

We talk about what went into getting this show on TV and why it was only there for a very short time. Has some of it aged poorly? Why yes, yes it has. The thing is the stuff that hasn't is still really funny. We talk about our favorite things from each episode and the things that don't fly in 2021. 

This time we are talking about July August and September of 2009. Chris gets another moment of fame courtesy of Chris Hardwick and G4 when a video appears on Web Soup. Chris humps his PS3 to get his Playstation network access back. The saga of Liquid Chris begins and the Sing Star challenge goes down.

We're back and this time we find out about Chris' new girlfriend Ivy and cheating on her with Vanessa Hudgens. Chris also hits the radar of Opie & Anthony which goes exactly like you think it would.  There were a few audio issues with this episode. I tried to clean them up as much as possible.

We dive into the story of how this movie was brought to life and how different the end product was from the original vision. We talk about our favorite things from the film and if any of us were able to see the damn sailboat. 

This time it's February and we're talking about the holiday classic My Bloody Valentine. The guest is Ed Battes. We dig deep into the story of how this film was made and what it took to bring Harry Warden and Valentine Bluffs to our screens. Find out how this movie is somehow linked to both Friday the 13th and Mr. Rogers. We also talk about the MPAA and why they targeted this movie.
