After a sell out season during Sydney Comedy Festival Rhys Nicholson brings his solo show to The Sydney Comedy Store for two nights only!
Born in Portugal in 1480, Ferdinand Magellan would go onto to be one of histories greatest explorers. His story is one of immense strength, virtue and bravery against phenomenal adversity. We can thank Magellan for much of what we know about the world we live in. His life of travel is probably the greatest story ever told.
My 2015 comedy concert is in no way related to Ferdinand Magellan. Yes, I said concert.
This year's show is about heirlooms and legacies. When/If I die, what will I be remembered for? Seventy glittering years at the top of show business?
The show will also feature jokes about penises.

I’m only touring domestically this year but I’ve done gigs in Edinburgh, Montreal, South Africa and lots of other places that require a long haul flight.
In conclusion- I really like doing stand-up comedy and if you come and see me I reckon you’ll have a good time.

In 2015, Daniel continued as the regular host of Eveleigh Comedy & Treehouse Comedy in addition to performing spots around Sydney and rural NSW. He hosted the 'Pigsty in July' music festival for 1000 people as well as the O-Week 'Jokes To Bang To' show at UNE Armidale to 400 people.
He spent November in New York performing with assorted famous and professional comedians who occasionally congratulated him on his set. He has also performed comedy in London & Berlin, and will make his debut at the Edinburgh Fringe later this year.
Daniel also made his television debut on 'The Feed' (SBS2) in a sketch with the legendary Lee Lin Chin and can be seen on The Checkout (ABC) in various uncredited roles. He also wrote the second season of award-winning web-series SYD2030 and was part of the supporting cast. He has also written for 'A Rational Fear' (FBi) in a past life.
