What Happens When You Evolve + People Still Want You To Be Who You Were

Welcome back to the Systems Saved Me® Podcast!  It feels great to be back on the mic. It's like riding a bike - hey that rhymes! Anywho this episode is for anyone who is making a shift in some aspect but people aren't comfortable with you changing.  I'm very much in the middle of a shift now due to 1 health reasons and 2 I feel like I grew up 10 years in the last 365 days.  2022 was the year I learned the MOST about being a business owner. And it was nothing near a perfect year. We made a bit more revenue than 2021, however I was mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted.  And it took a toll in a lot of areas. But in the hundreds of lessons I learned from that year on how to be a better leader, I realized some strenghts I didn't even know I had.
