Time is a precious commodity, and how we spend it—invest it!—will determine whether we have the abundant life Jesus promised. I refer in this episode a powerful classic book, Spiritual Leadership: Principles of Excellence for Every Believer by J. Oswald Sanders. You can find it here: Spiritual Leadership by J. Back to School: Session 2! Today we're talking about Biology. What is one of the basics of biology? Growth, and all things being equal, it might be inevitable...but we can derail the growth process by poor nutrition, lack of exercise, and bad mental attitudes.

It's back to school time, and along with it a vocabulary lesson of 8 toxic words that sabotage you...whatever your goals are, these 8 words impose limits or hijack your progress. And God has lots to say about our words!  

The parking lot doesn't sound like a great place to store ideas, nor does it bode well for feelings that threaten to overwhelm or discourage you. I find that habits can rescue me from being stuck, or easing away from tried and true practices can create stuck until I revisit what worked before!
