Foy doesn't pull punches, regarding the risks of infection, but he is among the voices who belief opening up the nation for business is advisable. We ask Dr. Foy his take on when live boxing could and should come back to life in America and to give a thumb up or thumb down on UFC's return to action, May 9 in Florida.
