So often we as people forget to love ourselves, so what I wanted to do in this episode is go back to the basics and discuss why it's important to love ourselves and what benefits come from it.

Recently Rolling Stone released their list of the Top 200 Best List, and let's just say social media took blaze like a flame of some of the folks on the list. Whelp it's only right that I share my thoughts on this. 

We all use social media for a form of communication. But let's dive a little deeper into the Pros and Cons of it and what it means to us, or hell what it means to me. This can go left really quick but if it does, hey that's on you lol.

In this episode I wanted to share what I have learned about SEX and INTIMACY! Many time people get what it's like to be physical with someone, but there is more to it all. Tune in to find out.

It seems that more often now people are so quick to ghost others, rather it's a family member, friend or someone you are dating right? Well I have to get a few things off my chest about it and I would love to hear what you all think. Have you been ghosted? Have you ghosted someone? If you have, why did you ghost them? Or why do you think you were ghosted?

On our previous episode we talked about the do's and don'ts of Real Estate and gave some insight on buying a house to selling a house. On this episode we were joined by a BOSS herself, Jordan Santos who started in real estate three years ago and has recently with her business partners opened up her own Brokerage here in Houston TX. If being a beautiful young black woman wasn't a reason to have this talk with her, it was definitely the information and motivation she gives that had to be heard. In this episode we talk about what it was like to open her own business, what it does to a person and also talked about the process of corporate leasing and AIR BNB. In this episode Trei sat down with a great friend of his, De' Anqua Gripper. A real estate agent out of Columbia, South Carolina. Many of you may know I, Trei, work in Property Management and have been doing it for going on 7 years now. And boy is it a mess, lol. But I decided to take my joy for finding people a home down another path, and that is in Real Estate. So, I sat down with this talented friend of mine and discussed some do's and don'ts when it comes to buying a home or even pursuing this same path yourself. Many of y'all saw it... Many of y'all heard it.... Well, she said it best "I would love a relationship that would make her life better than what it is, I have no interest to just be in a relationship to be in a relationship" well I had to respond to it and add my two cents. Everyone honestly has a little pride in them, rather its them being gay themself or having a family or friend that is of the LGBTQ+ community. Well, this episode is to tell you a little about how Pride month started and share my coming out story. 

I was not going to discuss this. But people were interested in what I had to say about it. So here it is *kanye shrug*

well well well, what are we talking about here? Polyamorous Relationships are definitely on the rise and becoming increasingly common in the black, white, Hispanic, heterosexual and LGBT community. So why not discuss it right? Why not talk about that and also hell dating as well. Sit down with Trei on this episode and discuss the ins and outs, ups and down and be educated on the different structures of polyamory.

It so easy for us to go on about our lives daily. And forget about one of the most important things, Mental health!! This includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. 1. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Get help in any way possible. It all starts with YOU!
