I had the chance to sit down with Erin, one of my fellow Fleet Cruise Directors, for a conversation that I am thrilled to share. In this chat, we talk about her story, her career, and path to a life at sea, and we also dive into one of the most open and honest discussions I’ve had on this platform about real challenges faced by our female Cruise Directors. Jaime continues to reign as the Queen of Carnival for many, despite her recent departure from the company. She touched the lives of many and most definitely left behind a legacy.
