The teenage years of life are usually the most difficult ones, for both the teenager and their parents. Being a teenager is the most exciting part of life, and it’s where we find ourselves. Sometimes we think no one understand us, but everyone will go through the phase at some point, if they haven’t already.

Sometimes we have to snap into reality and realize that success won’t just come to us, we have to work for it. We can’t just sit inside all day on our phones. We have to do more with our lives than stay inside all day and look at screens. Looking at a screen can affect our lives so much more than we think it can, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
