Today we talked about Fast Five, The White Stripes, and looked in vain for a "Happy post-1-year anniversary of starting your own radio show 2 weeks ago!" Hallmark card. "Sentiments for all occasions" my ass!

Today we talk about music we like... also, tomorrow is my birthday! Yayyyyyy!

Today co-host Jason and I ramble on about videogames, and go wherever the conversation takes us.

Remember how, at the end of a movie when the bad guy is vanquished, the orphan is reunited with his parents, and the neverending battle for justice is finally over, the good guy is kissing his new girlfriend, and all the friend and loved ones that have died during the bad guy's rampage can finally be put behind them, even though it may have happened mere hours before, and they play that wonderful ending song and fade to credits? This is a collection of those kinds of songs. ...You know the end of Face/Off, when there's the pause and he walks through the door and is reunited with his family and their new son? That always gets me right here (sniff).

I like feeling emotional, and this music helps me get there. With a tear in my eye, I bring you my favorite heartfelt music.

There were so many zombies this Halloween, it's ridiculous! Overwhelmingly, at the Ashland Halloween Parade, the place was full of zombies. Which was great when they started playing Thriller, but not so great when all that dancing made them ...hungry.

This is sad music for sad times... if you're in a funk and want a soundtrack, pull out the old yearbook or love-letters or whatever and give this episode a listen (+ an extra 40 min. of deleted content!!).

Today I read the first chapter of the smallest book in the Harry Potter series, which eats up most of our time.
