Unfolding: Wazee opens the space introducing the centre and vision before presenting the teachers which leads into a guided meditation. The light-beam meditation introduced here is very profound and is suggested to be performed 2-3 times per week. This meditation generates tremendous amounts of light within and facilitates alignment with one’s higher self (the meditation will also be released as a stand-alone audio). Followingly, Samora shares some poems from his book soon to be released, Amiee talks about the Aim2Bee event that will be held at Adona in March before the teachers share 1-by-1 what they are about.
