Contraindications is one of the very first things we learn about in our studies as beauty therapists. This episode goes over what to look out for, the choice of words to use and how to action according to the condition. It can be a tough conversation to have with a client or even employer, so here are a few tips on how to go about it. With the reopening of our industry after COVID-19 lockdowns, it’s also a good reminder, along with the other added measures we now have in place.

With businesses being forced to shut down by government and potentially not being able to reopen, Beauty therapists being temporarily laid off or loosing their jobs and Ofcourse the risk of clientele loss once the industry is allowed to reopen. The purpose of this light hearted episode is to let us take our minds off what’s happening in the world at the moment and laugh at the hilarious stories we encounter as Beauty Therapists.
