Last week it was his "lying" and this past week it has been North Korea, the President's rhetoric and to top it all off, the riots in Charlottsville, perpetrated by White Supremacist Groups and the KKK (David Duke and Company).  In fact in the words of David Duke, "We are here to carry out the Trump agenda." Yes, my friends...Felix and I hardly know where to begn!!!  It began on Monday, when ourintelligent President, turned the Boy Scout Jamboree into a political rally, much like when he was on the campaign.  On Wednesday, the Republican Healthcare vote went BUST!!!  Of course, Trump blamed the Republican Party. I hate to tell him, but HE owns it!!!  On Thursday, Scaramucci went on a "literary" tirade, using expletive deletives that I have not heard since my younger years!!!  And finally, on Friday, the "coup de gras" was the firing of Reince Preibus, who the president referred to as "Reincy," and moved General John Kelly into the role as Chief of Staff.  Bring the coffee a nd call us at 646-595-3275 and bring the cofevee!!!

Okie dokie...The"showdown" between James Comey and the Senate Intelligence Committee is history. Comey has committed his statements to history. To me, the layman, it sounds credible.  How do you think the Senators on the committee feel???  Comey has sworn to tell the truth...do you believe that he did???  An angry Trump has sworn to go under oath to testify that Comey lied!!!  Given both their "track records," who do you believe???  Call us at 646-595-3275 and bring your iced coffee.

Yes sir...Here come da judge...Robert Meuller that is!!!  Former F.B.I. Director for twelve years under Bush (43) and Obama. He has the endorsement of both Republicans and Democrats. But ths will not be a quick process. It may take a year or more to get a final ruling. The American people must learn patience, which is something that our president must learn. No stone will remain unturned. Congress, however, will continue with its independent investigations. Trump has to learn to stop "crying" like a "whiney little bitch," as Bill Maher would say. Whenever he can, he let's everyone know how the "fake news" is "gunning" for him, and that no past president has ever been treated in such a poor manner. Michael Flynn,Sally Yates, Preet Baharra, James Comey...you're FIRED!!!  Does that sound familiar???  Your president ( I refuse to capitalize b/c he does not deserve it) still thinks that he is hosting The Aprentice, and he can make decisions, which impact our country, without consulting Congress or his aides!  Every major news network, yes, even FOX, reports that Trump is in his own world and sinking fast.  It has only been 112 days, and it seems like years.  We have had bad Presidencies before, but with an approval rating of only 36%, Trump is setting a new record!  Call us at 646-595-3275 with any comments and bring your coffee.

Hey, we made it to another Friday, and we at the Coffee Club have a "mixed bag" to discuss...personal health, healthcare, and of course, "The Donald."  We will try to make "heads or tails" out of the proposal that passed the House and was sent onto the Senate. When asked about the chances of passage in the Senate, Senator Bob Corker mixed few words as he said, "NO."  We will try to review the procedure that the proposal will follow. No, the end of the Trump Presidency is NOT over; but the first hundtrd days is over tomorrow.  Remember all those Trump promises...The Wall, deport illegal immigrants, overturn the Affordable Care Act, reform taxes and the Supreme Court???  Well, thus far, Trump is one for five. The only reason that Trump was able to get the Neil Gorsuch nomination approved was because the Senate executed the "nuclear" option.  I believe his exact words at one of his many boisterous and vociferous rallies was, "Oh, what a Trump Administration will accomplish in just 100 days!"  Now, he says that the 100 days is just a number, We want to know what you think...Call us at 646-595-3275 and bring the coffee.

Rex Tillerson...Rex who???  You remember him, our Secretary of State, the man who has been avoiding reporters, meeting with his Russian counterpart to discuss US/Russian relations, or a lack thereof.  The prospects do not seem promising.  Tensions have also worsened with North Korea. The United States has put then "on notice." What that means is the big question. Will the U.S. risk an all-out nuclear conflict???  Are we a world on the brink???  As a show of power, the U.S. dropped "The Mother Of All Bombs" (MOAB) on a possible ISIS stronghold. It's a mad,mad,mad mad, world!!!  Just days after Trump and Tillerson said that the United States is resigned to the fact that Bashir al-Assad will remain as the elected leader of Syria, Trump ordered Tomahawk Cruise Missiles to bomb the Shayrat Air Base in Syria. What prompted such action, Assad's use of chemical weapons against his own people...again!!!  The world watched as innocent men, women and children,many of them babies were gased by a single plane under the orders of Assad. The GOP is learning a harsh lesson...It was easier to be the "Party of 'NO'" then to be the party in power. With control of the Executive, and both Houses of Congress, they still cannot agree on a comprehensive health care replacement for the Affordable Care Act. Their own Freedom Caucus a.k.a The Tea Party will be their own undoing! Last weekend our famous, or infamous President, alleged that former President Obama had Trump Tower in New York wiretaped. To date, he has not released any proof to his allegations. If proven true, this could leave the former President open for criminal charges. No one has heard anything further from President Trump, or anyone else in the White House regarding these charges. The FBI is scheduled to review these charges later this week. BTW, Congressional hearings are now being held for the Assistant Attorney General Rod Rothstein. Also this week, Speaker of the House Ryan released his long awaited replacement for the Affordable Care Act. Many Republican Senators and Congressmen are not yet on board with the new plan. For that matter, neither is the AMA. The recurrent question is, "Where will the money come to pay for Trumpcare?" "The Congress will now come to order," gaveled Speaker Ryan. That was the only time that there was unity in the Halls of Congress! We will say that it was probably the most tame speech that Trump has delivered thus far. However, the sarcasm was still there and when it came to repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act, there was no "meat on the bone." CC Radio Network iscalled "Fake News" by the Trump Administration!!!  Sean Spicer would not allow "The Doc" into the news "Gaggle" due to the CC News Affiliate's reporting on misstatements and lies by the Trump Administration.
