With the majority of new cars being front wheel drive these days, it might seem like it is the least interesting of all the drive technologies. Especially as we think back to our favourite rear wheel drive cars of the past. But front wheel drive wasn't always the norm, and it took some incredible engineering to make it all work. We look at some of the most important cars that made it possible and look at some more cars that make front wheel drive something that is interesting and worth digging deeper into. 

Long distance trips in style and comfort is what this episode is all about. Whether it's by, car, motorcycle or camper, we talk about some of our favourites and what it would be like to take these things on a cross country adventure. Lots of stuff in this one including 4 cylinder bikes, GT cars, coaches, German Rocket estates and loads more.

Serious off roaders are the topic of this episode. We get stuck into some of the most iconic and important 4X4's of all time including history into how they cam about as well as specific design features that made them the important vehicles that they are.

This episode is all about those wonderful plastic pigs that roam the earth. Some are intended to be super cheap, others are pursuing performance with extreme power to weight ratios. This weeks episode covers things as diverse as Corvette's and Reliant Robin's. We have Viper's and and Ferrari's and a whole array of stuff in between. Fibreglass is weird and wonderful stuff and deserves this loving tribute.

This episode is all about some of the most extreme motorcycle designs of all time! Fancy a motorcycle with a small block Chevy V8? Typically, Matt has gone for The Sweeney route and I have gone for US film and TV bad guy cars. This is packed with the usual Jags, Mercedes and Chryslers that were associated with bad guys back in the day. We also cover the cars that some real life bad guys choose and why. These episode are always a lot of fun and cover the most eclectic stuff!

We pick up where we left off in episode 1 and this episode covers the most famous era in TVR's long and interesting history. This is a time period when many of the most famous of TVR's came to be. We pick up with the Tasmin and S series, but the story quickly turns to V8's and TVR's return to that classic formula of big V8 in a lightweight British sports car.  We cover the second gen Griffith, the Chimera, Cebera, Tuscan, Tamora and Sagaris. The episode is rounded off with some good news aout the future of the company as well.

TVR is the topic of a two part episode, similar to our Lotus 2 parter last season. Part one takes us from the companies origins under Trevor Wilkinson, through to the Martin Lilley era when many of the famous TVR's came to be. There is loads to cover in this episode including the Grantura and original Griffith, as well as Tuscan's, Vixens and many V*'s crammed into incredibly small British sports cars.
