The Hillsborough AYSO Girls U14 Winter Select Soccer Team is taking the area by storm and is moving on to a Western Regional Tournament! Two team members, Elle and Courtney, came in to the CrockerTalk Studios and talked to host Audree about this year’s team, how they have made it this far and all about their soccer playing experience from the beginning. This is our inaugural episode in which Mr. Hager introduces himself, Crocker Middle School and the HTV News Program. CrockerTalk was born about five years ago by a student who wanted to interview other students live on the HTV New Program - he coined the name CrockerTalk.  This year Mr. Hager added more positions and built a new CrockerTalk set in the studio so that we could have a place to shoot these interviews. Next came the idea to expand these short on-air segments into longer conversations and broadcast them on a podcast.  The goal of this program is to highlight student stories. There are so many amazing students here who do amazing things. Often you walk down the hallways next to incredible people that you have no idea about. We are taking on the task of telling these stories and creating a community who celebrates the diverse experiences and interests we all have. Hope you enjoy the conversations!
