This podcast sees us take a look at "non-crimes" and the chilling effect the British police are having as they go online and record social media posts which they've been told might be offensive or maybe upsetting. We get into the subject of transgenderism and the difficulties that arise when the long arm of the law is ready to correct your posts with a metaphorical red pen and the threat of more to come. Our guest - Sarah Phillimore - is a barrister (lawyer) and specialist in family law.
