Rebecca is one of the best improvisational actors in the world and is probably best known for her smash hit live show Blind Date. I've known her since I was a 15-year-old trouble maker back in Calgary Alberta. 

Ben Roy is a comedian, punk rocker, podcaster, & co-creator and star of the show Those Who Can't. We talk comedy, the state of the world, French Americans, and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu. 

George has been a force in Canadian media for decades. From spinning on the radio, to Much Music, to his own CBC talk show, to a stint on CNN. We talk about finding balance, what he's up to now, as well as his stint on Hockey Night in Canada.

Terra Hazelton is a Jazz musician and vocalist. She's had success as an actress in Orphan Black, and Fubar. Now she's made some huge life changes, that they discuss.
