Recorded December 4, 2020.  In this episode, Mark interviews Grant Foster.  Grant is a member of the Common Council in Madison, WI, an elected position.  They discuss what Madison, WI looked like in the craziest of years (2020) from the viewpoint of a City Alder, discussing protests, budgets,  policy (ie, when ideas become actions), common considerations regarding populated areas and representation, economic disparity, policing, hunting and much more.
