Family Matters First is a Mon-Fri (5 day a week) podcast. Co-Founders Jim and Teresa Adams share in a real and transparent way their success and failures over the course of their 29 year marriage. These relationship experts offer advice, teaching, and training on everything from dating, to engaged, to married, to married with children. Teresa holds a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Jim is former college football All American and a Certified Marriage Intensive Coach. The parents of four children, this couple has faced FINANCIAL RUIN. As co-founders of one of the regions largest real estate investment firms they saw a real estate empire with a staff of over 20 employees and a machine that bought and sold over 300 investment properties come crashing down. In the midst of this terrible tragedy, they remained RELATIONSHIP RICH as their marriage grew stronger and stronger. You will hear frank discussion on issues ranging from conflict, finances, parenting, sex, communication, blended families, single parenting, and practically any issue couples are facing dealing with marriage and family.
