Business owners are always concerned about staying visible and consistent with good content. Frustrations can arise when you feel like you aren’t inspired to keep showing up, don’t know what to say, OR create content that doesn’t convert or get much engagement from your audience. Nellie Corriveau focuses on unleashing the sparkle within other women by creating experiences to be their best self and grow a business of their dreams. Jack Bauer was born and raised in a small farm town right outside of Chicago. After getting a bachelors in theater, he spent two years working for corporate America in sales before realizing that it was time to shift into something more meaningful. He started dabbling in personal training, working for commercial gyms and dedicating himself to losing over 100 pounds by modifying his diet and exercising.  Eventually, he met one of his mentors, senior SoulCycle Instructor, Jaclyn Mitgang, who took him under her wing and showed him the world of SoulCycle. After several months of riding with Jaclyn in Chicago he decided to take the ultimate leap of faith and audition to be an instructor for SoulCycle. Turns out that after a second go-around of auditioning he got the job and the next thing he knew, he was in an 8 week intensive training in NYC. At the end of the 8 weeks Jack was asked if he'd consider relocating to Austin, Texas to teach--and he said yes! Currently, Jack is a full time instructor at SoulCycle and a Personal Trainer at PE Fitness in Downtown Austin. #69: The BIGGEST lesson one year of sobriety taught me

After ignoring the same idea that ate away at her for well over two years, she began, and never turned back. Two years, 5 countries, and over 230 art pieces made with buffalo and longhorn skulls later, Cassie is on a mission to create incredible legacy art pieces that will inspire and elevate any space in your home. But more than that, she has found the need to help other artists (especially mothers) break the "broken artist" mindset and set out to use their unique talents, and understand their worth. As we evolve in our life and business, our wants, needs, desires and values will inevitably shift. A lot of times this can mean that we want to completely reevaluate the way we live, and run our businesses. However, when we decide to re-haul our way of doing things, it can leave us wanting to abandon parts of ourselves that we see as bad--but I don’t think any part of us is “bad.” I simply think we have to harness these pieces differently, and put a new purpose behind them.
