A good little catch up as we navigate our way through the Omicron outbreak (hope you're all doing ok!). Caitlin is starting night shifts so is in full blown nurse mode. She also had a spray tan and left half of it on the dentist's chair... Brodie is making her way up the country to Auckland after a whirlwind couple of weeks including getting most of the Coast to Coast "Rebel Tour" done. Our wonderful Gracie is back and we share some of your beautiful sperm donor stories. xxx

Do we all interpret emojis differently? Because apparently the Gen Zers are using one of the popular sad-ish face ones as a horny emoji and we're not here for it. What's your comfort level for packing on the PDA? Busy dating updates from Caitlin, but absolutely zero - and we mean an actual zero success rate from Brodie. Gracie decides a listener should absolutely dive right in and move in with her fella. 

GRACIE IS IN BRITISH VOGUE AND WE ARE SO EXCITED (absolutely deserves caps lock haha)!! Caitlin thinks it's a good idea to climb a very steep hill on her third date... It looks as though Omicron AND now the weather gods have other ideas for Brodie in her quest to go Coast to Coast. Plus sexual fluidity, Joe Rogan (ugh) and Yellowjackets...

A little hui and some thoughts and feelings on the changes made as we stare down the barrel of an Omicron outbreak.  We try get through that without being toooooo depressing though and move on to the Green M&M scandal and then onto weird food combos. Then there's athleting, there's BUSY dating, there's good TV shows. And, to nark or not to nark? Stay safe out there xxx

Heyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! Happy New Year etc etc etc. 2022 is the year that, at the start of the episode we said "hey let’s not too much pressure on it and just see what happens". Gracie's still recovering from the weekend which we are absolutely here for - it's not everyday you turn 30! Bit of pop culture squeezed in there (Love Island, Kardashians, Selling Sunset). Some sports bra chat. Brodie's been on more adventures but none involve a date yet. Caitlin wants to know what to do with her time. And a tricky question involving some tricky children.

We have the wonderful Case Kenny with us this week - all the way from Chicago. Case is a successful podcaster, with New Mindset, Who Dis? He also has a very popular series of mindfulness journals so we thought it best to absolutely interrogate him.
