Jennifer Bennett is one of the survivors of the 2013 Navy Yard shooting that claimed the lives of 12 people in Washington, D.C. Ms. Bennett gets candid with Greg Kelly about how her faith kept her calm and collected while literally staring down the barrel of the shooter's weapon. She sustained a point-blank shotgun blast and was severely wounded. Despite her experience, Bennett is decisively pro-Second Amendment and says neither the gun nor the shooter alone did her harm. Ms. Bennett also gets candid about the 46th President. She encountered Joe Biden while recovering from her wounds. It was in this exchange, she says, she saw his self-centered disingenuous nature first hand. Everett Alvarez, Jr., was the first U.S. pilot to be downed and detained during the Vietnam War and spent over eight years and seven months in captivity by the North Vietnamese. Alvarez is the second-longest held U.S. Prisoner of War in United States military history. He was repeatedly beaten and tortured. Larry Stegna served his country for 40 plus years as a silent hero. He worked as a Marine Electrician for the legendary Bath Iron Works. In his time there, he worked to secure electrical work on over 70 ships. \r\nThe vital work of the Bath crew allows the Navy sailors and officers to do their job knowing they are on a top-of-the-line vessel. In this interview with Greg Kelly, Stegna gets emotional when talking about the pride he had in his work at Bath Iron Works. \r\nAfter Stegna's father passed, a ship called the USS Zumwalt came into his life. Working on that ship helped him refocus his life on what gave it meaning: serving our military. Named after Admiral Elmo Zumwalt, Jr., the ship also allowed Stegna to meet the Zumwalt family. They have been close family friends ever since. Martin Tankleff was wrongfully convicted in 1990 of murdering his parents. 17 years later, he was exonerated and released from prison. While inside, Tankleff used his time to be productive. He studied and earned his law degree. Now, he helps free those imprisoned for crimes they did not commit. \r\n\r\n\r\nWhile inside, Tankleff met Tupac Shakur, and learned that prison guards feel more secure with prisoners protecting them than they do their own security force. \r\n\r\n\r\nAll of these have led to a keen understanding of the Criminal Justice System that has shot Tankleff to the top of the list of exoneration law experts. \r\n\r\n\r\nTankleff is also a professor at Touro College. He also teaches the popular course \"Making an Exoneree\" at Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C.
