The Guitar Show

This week, the Guitar Show returns with the next finger picking lesson and a cool new feature!

The News is pretty thin this week, but there is a new effects pedal in the offing, so Lee takes some sandpaper to an old Telecaster for the Equipment how-To and also shows the you how to start with Finger Picking.

Lee Peterson takes us through the Guitar News and Equipment on offer and shows you the Solo from Heavens Door by Guns n Roses

To my undying shame, I forgot to post this sooner and as a result we missed the sad passing of BB King. Lee mentions that he is in poor health during this podcast but that clearly changed. I was always heavily influenced by BB King and Buddy Guy as a young and very inexperienced player and the fact that with me at just 20 years old they could reach back and influence a younger generation was testament to the talent. I spent my life trying to listen to the notes BB didn’t play and always will.   Ewen

This week, Lee talks about Apps for your Apple Watch and also a look at how to use iOS and connectivity devices. ‘Learn With Lee’ starts you on the path to that great classic ‘Knocking on Heavens Door’ The Guns n Roses version tho. Build up the song over the weeks until you’re playing it all. This week its the basic chords G, D & C Major

This week, Lee looks at all the news which finally fell out of Frankfurt and also takes you through 3 new iOS Apps that are great for your practice and playing. Finally, Lee gives his first lesson for TGS and answers your questions

We are very proud to welcome to BTN a new Show in The Guitar Show and a fantastic new contributor in Lee Peterson. Over the coming weeks, Lee will be taking you through all the news, workflows for Pro Guitarist in software and iOS App and also ‘Learn with Lee’ will be a feature which allows you to…learn something…with Lee
