Not Just Bollywood Podcast Special

Not Just Bollywood returns this Autumn with a focus on films from South India, a diverse region that brings together four major film industries – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.  Curated by Omar Ahmed, UK–based film scholar and Rachel Hayward, HOME’s Interim Creative Director: Film, this podcast special covers the films coming up as part of this season. The season includes a screening of Kummaty, restored in 4K by The Film Foundation’s World Cinema Project, The Film Heritage Foundation and Cineteca di Bologna at L’Immagine Ritrovata Laboratory, in association with General Pictures and the family of Govindan Aravindan. Funding provided by the Material World Foundation.
